Hilltop Manor was built in 1972 as a joint effort between the City of Rogers City and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Hilltop Manor is owned and operated by the Rogers City Housing Commission.
The building is enclosed so you can get to everything through the building without having to go outside. Rent is based on 30% of gross income. We include many of the utilities in the rent such as heat, electric, water and trash removal.
The apartment complex has many things to offer such as a library where you can borrow book, movies or work on a community puzzle. We have a community room where many activities take place such as bingo, music, and potlucks. We have a laundry facility on site.
